Carlos B17. whom needs no introduction, and his pal Bruce from Alba are back for a new series.

Fire in the orchard 2.0. Mexico X Scotland. Combining the shared love of each other with their respective home countries as inspiration for this meal.

Come and eat and be merry. The plates will be shared among ​small groups.

Grilled Cornish Mackerel + tomato + courgette + yoghurt + flowers + tostadas.
Whole lamb on the cross slow cooked over the embers for 10 hrs.
Dirty Braised black beans.
Cucumber + tomato + chilli, mint + spring onion + coriander.
Tomatillo + avocado salsa.
Fresh made corn tortillas.
Hoots + spicy salsa.
Dark chocolate mousse + cider brandy + tea soaked prunes + chilli

We will be there cooking up your feasts all day but please arrive anytime between 5-5:30pm and grab your delicious drinks from Somerset Cider Brandy's bar. We will be serving promptly from 6pm so any late arrivals may miss out!
