Janie
Janie works on Tuesday and Thursdays on the farm doing sales and tastings. She is the go to for all new customers and the queen of Medlars.
Emma
Emma runs our accounts as well as labelling our brandy and giving tastings in our shop. She often gos to fairs and markets with our produce.
Diana
The co-founder and the farm's resident artist. A key taster, a shepherdess, a sheep dog whisperer and green-fingered earth mother.
Laura
Laura grows her own apples and quinces and holds our office together. You will find her on the phone or in the cider house or out on the road doing tastings.
Geoff
We have worked on and off with Geoff for 40 years. He runs the press and distills.
Matilda
Future-proofer and managing director of Burrow Hill Cider and The Somerset Cider Brandy company.
Nick
Our newest team member working across all the cider and cider brandy production. Nick set up Watchet Cider before starting as Cider Maker at Burrow Hill.
Berti
Berti runs the Cider Bus Bar for Cider Bus Saturdays in the summer.
Andy
Operations Manager. Andy came from a background of building helicopters to managing all operations on the farm.
Paula
Paula is our bond girl. She looks after our bonded warehouse and our 650 barrel and analyses our spirit.
Zach
Amongst other things Zach is the farms shepherd., woodman and machinery handler
Mitch
Mitch is mostly found in the orchards looking after the 15,000 apple trees, laying the hedges and caring for the land.
Paull
Director of the Somerset Cider Brandy Company, table-dancer, part time distiller and fountain of knowledge.
Scruff
The pest patrol.
Jason
Jason is the man responsible for the harvest and the trees and all our ancient machinery (as well as just about any other task imaginable)
Sarah
Sarah is responsible for hand labelling all the Somerset Cider brandy and she also runs the dispatch shed. She may also be found bottling or serving cider or delivering or doing shows/
